This year, we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Alibi, the first-ever white wine produced at Black Hills. Alibi is our meticulously crafted tribute to a Bordeaux blend, combining the vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon's luxurious depth.

Alibi is a harmonious fusion of these two grape varieties. Sauvignon Blanc contributes lively notes of grapefruit, green apple and whispers of passion fruit and pineapple, while Semillon adds the rich flavours of juicy lemon, sweet pear and honey with a subtle nutty undertone.
